The Nomad
The Nomad is generically a modern single fin with added side bites for extra grip and bite, something like having wide tires on a car for cornering with extra traction.
We’ve kept our traditional single fin outline subtle with a tiny bit of extra width in the tail for fun We understand riding boards that turn easy are more fun and the added side bites really hold their own when you’re dropping into the sucky, hollow waves or push hard cutbacks on rail.
If your stoke is feeling the glide just use that one fin but make sure it’s a good one because there’s a lot of bad fin templates out there holding people back from their true potential. If you want to surf harder in more critical situations simply add the side-bites for the extra hold and traction.
